With 9.5 Million job openings and only 5 million job seekers, it is a challenge to find, hire and retain quality employees. Join the Chamber’s Fall Lunch and Learn series to gain knowledge and the inside track to finding and retaining employee talent in the post covid economy.  The Fall Lunch, Learn and Network Series has three sessions:

  1. Attracting and efficiently prescreening quality candidates using social media Wed 09/22
  2. How to select the right candidates for employment to achieve success Wed 10/27
  3. How to retain employees and manage work/life balance within your business Wed 11/17 

Our first speaker on Wednesday 9/22 is Scott Sherpa. He is currently the Division Director over Sherpa LLC’s Human Resources, Marketing, and Executive Support department. Scott has been in the recruiting field helping companies of all sizes hire and retain the right candidates. Scott’s passion in life is to serve others and help them reach their fullest potential within their career.
